中国超3亿人睡眠障碍,熬夜怎么让身体崩溃的?
这几天,一个特殊的数字上了热搜——我国超3亿人存在睡眠障碍。
困了就睡,原本就像饿了吃饭一样简单,如今却越来越难了——超3/4的人晚11点以后入睡,近1/3的人熬到凌晨1点以后才能入睡。
不过,熬夜并非你我印象中的“睡得晚”,主要是指“睡得少”和“不规律”。每个人的睡眠习惯不一样,22:00~6:00的睡眠时间和2:00~10:00的睡眠时间并没有区别,只要作息规律、睡眠时间充足,适应你的就是最好的。
一旦睡眠节律被打乱,身体就会做出应激反应,潜移默化中造成危害。
尽管有很多无奈的被动熬夜的时候,但是还是有很多时候是我们自己主动熬夜,这种情况是我们可以避免的。而且在很多情况下,晚睡不仅仅是晚睡,还陪伴着烟酒和暴饮暴食,这些伴随着的不良习惯也不应被忽视!
在我们不得不熬夜的时候,去考虑一下,现在做的事情,是否值得我们以消耗身体健康为代价。
不要等自己生了一场病,才知道,健康真的很重要。
