睡眠大侠:容易醒是因为你睡得不够深。你睡得不够深是因为你不太需要睡眠。你不太需要睡眠是因为你的能量还挺多。你的能量还挺多是因为能量消耗少,能量补充多。你能量消耗少是因为你活得萎靡。你能量补充的多是因为你躺得太多。
