3.水果类:每天摄入200g~300g,即1个拳头大小。4.蔬菜类:每天摄入300~500g,即约为两手捧在一起的大小。5.全谷根茎类:主要含有碳水化合物,每天摄入200g~400g为宜,即一天1~2个拳头的大小。三、癌症患者的一日三餐示例早餐:鸡蛋1个、蔬菜豆腐粥或鲜蔬面或鸡蛋肉片汤面或皮蛋瘦肉粥、炒时蔬。早加餐:酸奶、提子或花生低脂牛奶、苹果或木瓜低脂牛奶。午餐:米饭、番茄炖牛腩、炒时蔬或鸡肉滑蛋河粉、炒时蔬或大馄饨、炒时蔬。午加餐:桔子或猕猴桃或香蕉。参考文献:
