又值一年丰收节,家里的紫薯大丰收,今天就给大家推荐一个紫薯的健康新吃法——紫薯糯米饼。

用料:紫薯1个,糯米粉适量,白糖适量,芝麻适量。
1、将紫薯削皮洗净,切成薄片放在盘中,上锅蒸熟。

2、蒸熟后取出,趁热用勺子压成泥。

3、紫薯泥中倒入适量糯米粉,白糖,加入适量牛奶揉搓成不沾手的紫薯团。
4、将紫薯团分成大小相等的剂子,团成小球,表面沾上些许水,按扁后沾上芝麻。

5、电饼铛刷油放入紫薯饼,小火慢烙,待芝麻微微泛黄盛出。
