绿豆芽对于我来说是百吃不厌的食材,尤其是在自己会做绿豆芽了之后,更是经常食用。可惜现在温度慢慢降低了,绿豆芽生长的速度相对变慢。用自己做的豆芽炒了个酸辣口味的素菜,健康又下饭,怎么吃都吃不腻。
需要食材:绿豆芽300g,胡萝卜100g,油(辅料)适量,盐(辅料)适量,鸡精(辅料)适量,干辣椒(辅料)适量,葱(辅料)适量,醋(辅料)适量,青椒(辅料)50g
