是不是很惊讶,
作为辣妈兼辣妹,
在权衡家庭和工作之余,
仍然努力坚持健身,也太自律了吧。
刚接触的健身的时候,
是刚生完宝宝,
体重一度增加到125斤,
本身产后体重增长
就不是什么糟糕的事情,
但是她的应对做法,
却是选择了节食。
节食后带来的后遗症可想而知,
体重很快就下来了,
但是整个人显得非常虚弱和松软,
她才惊觉不能仅仅关注体重秤上的数字了。
有了不同的认知后,
她开始接触健身训练,
为了完善体型,
对腿部、肩部、背部、臀部、胸部等部位,
开展了核心训练。
身材的慢慢恢复,
让她逐渐爱上了这项运动,
想要达到好的健身效果,
必须要经过一个漫长的过程,
逐渐突破就能看到自己的改变。
在接下来的日子,
不仅考取了健身教练资格证书,
开办了属于自己的健身工作室,
并在一个特殊的契机内,
知道了比基尼比赛这个舞台,
开始自己人生中第一次
全国健身健美比基尼赛事。

陈艳表示:随着健身时间的变长,
健身对于自己的意义,
也发生了一些变化,
健身不再是一项简单的运动,
而是生活中不可或缺的一部分。
持续不断的健身,
给身材上带来的变化也是持续的,
能给自己的内心还有生活带来变化,
这是一个持续性的过程。
