健美黄金时代的众多健美运动员认为,光脚训练有利于增肌。那么我们不妨学习一下光脚训练。近年来,光脚训练愈发流行。不少科学研究显示其对健身有着潜在帮助,仅仅需要脱下你的鞋子!
然而,这并不是什么新鲜事。事实上,直到上个世纪,人类的运动与日常活动并没有使用或者很少使用鞋子。针对健身运动来说,传奇人物比如阿诺德,经常宣传光脚训练理念,他本人也是光脚训练爱好者。
那光脚训练究竟有什么好处?为什么我们建议您把运动鞋放一边,光脚深蹲?光脚训练的理由逻辑上说,我们的脚是唯一与地面长时间接触的人体结构。人体大多数运动的神经信号会由脚启动,同时由脚产生传导力,比如深蹲,站立,跑步,跳跃等。从进化角度来说,我们天生就不需要鞋子。即使需要,一些支撑结构比较简易的鞋就够了(比如凉鞋),但大多数鞋子所提供的支撑结构太多了,抵消了脚本身的支撑能力和缓冲能力。
