锌的营养百科—你缺锌吗?

引言:
锌是人体必需的一种矿物质,参与人体内细胞代谢的诸多途径,尤其在免疫、创伤愈合、蛋白质合成、DNA表达、细胞分化等领域发挥作用。此外,锌也参与维护婴幼儿的正常生长发育和智力发育[1-4]。点击查看高清图文

极养视点锌与机体健康有着密不可分的关系;
胃肠道疾病患者,素食主义者,孕期和哺乳期女性以及纯母乳喂养的年长婴儿容易缺锌;
缺锌的主要表现为:生长迟缓,食欲不振,免疫功能损伤等;
锌摄入过量会引起、恶心、呕吐、食欲下降、腹泻、腹部绞痛、头痛等症状,也会影响铜铁在体内的平衡;
年龄性别不同,每日对锌的需求量也不同;
肉类(牛,羊,猪瘦肉),海鲜(干贝,牡蛎,虾),动物内脏,鸡蛋,牛奶等都是良好的锌的来源,且吸收利用率高。
