功效:化痰润肺、滋阴润燥、补益气血;做法:
1、苹果去皮去核切块,猪瘦肉切块,银耳去蒂撕成小朵、胡萝卜切块;
2、锅中倒水,放入猪瘦肉、蜜枣、银耳、胡萝卜和姜片,大火煮沸;

1、猴头菇洗净,放在盐温水中浸泡3小时;
2、将泡过的猴头菇用40度的温水反复搓洗挤压7~8次,把猴头菇的黄色洗净;切成2毫米厚的片状;3、虫草花用清水清洗一下即可;
4、排骨洗净,大火煮开沸滚3~5分钟后将水倒掉,冲洗干净;
5、所有材料一起入锅,加入冷水约2L左右,煮开后转慢煲2小时;
