中国慢性肾病营养治疗临床实践指南(2018版)中提到 全球有30%~65%的透析患者发生营养不良, 其中美国的血透患者约47%, 瑞典的血透患者30%~43%,瑞士血透患者28%, 巴西腹透患者36~65%,中国腹透患者29%~44%, 韩国腹透患者40% 透析患者营养不良状态越严重,死亡率越高。 因此营养状况是透析患者临床预后的重要预测因子

肾移植患者的营养治疗
某患者40岁,身高172cm,体重68kg, 从事中等体力活动,被诊断CKD1期2月余, 近两周尿检无蛋白尿 计算其每日所需能量及蛋白需要量。具体能量、蛋白质量可参考下表:
食物交换份
总结:根据原发疾病、蛋白尿程度、CKD分期、年龄、生理需求、基线营养状态制定能量、蛋白质、脂肪、液体及无机盐等个性化营养治疗方案,并定期监测进行调整。
