冠心病病人一定要知道体外反搏

冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的简称,也叫缺血性心脏病,易发生心肌梗死和猝死。冠心病由于发病率高,死亡率高,严重危害着人类的身体健康,从而被称作是人类的第一杀手。

体外反搏法可防治冠心病

冠心病,用通俗易懂的语言来说,就是身体内的血管变得狭窄,血液不能顺利通过,身体的其他器官不能得到足够的氧气与营养物质,轻者会有心绞痛感觉,重则就会发生心肌梗死,有生命危险。在冠心病发生的诸多环节中,血管内皮细胞起着重要的扳机作用。诸多心血管危险因子的单独或协同作用对血管内皮结构和功能系统的损害,被认为是动脉粥样硬化发生发展的关键环节。

内皮细胞是血管内与血液直接接触的一层细胞,血流能在身体内保持通畅,不至于凝固,都是内皮细胞的功劳。从冠心病发生发展的病理基础分析,动脉粥样硬化性损害的关键环节是血管内皮细胞损伤及其功能障碍,随后脂肪沉积形成粥样硬化斑块。

现行的所有治疗措施都不能从根本上解决血管内皮细胞的结构和功能保护等问题,因此,必须找到一种方法能对动脉内膜的损伤机制进行主动而有效的干预,这就是体外反搏。

体外反搏是利用包裹在人体下肢的气囊,在心脏舒张期对人体施加外压,将其下肢以及臀部的血液驱回主动脉,从而增加心肌的灌注压和供血(增加30%~50%),达到改善血管功能、血液循环及代谢等目的,使心脏供氧增加、心肌损耗减少,是治疗心脑血管疾病的一种新的理念。

体外反搏装置对下肢进行加压,以建立一个新的侧支循环系统。当然,加压时机的选择是很重要的,一般选择在心脏舒张的时候,这时会形成人为的血流波,形成一定的冲力冲刷血管。在这股冲力的作用下,内皮细胞会释放一种抗动脉粥样硬化物质,从而达到修复内皮细胞功能与形态的目的。同时,我们还发现,体外反搏还有其他的治疗功效,如突发性耳聋等。

坚持长期服药,不突然停药,定期就诊复查;养成良好的生活方式和行为习惯,坚持适量体育锻炼,避免做剧烈运动,防止肥胖,戒烟限酒,不多饮浓茶及咖啡等;保持心情舒畅,乐观开朗,避免剧烈的情绪波动;合理膳食,低盐低脂饮食,多食新鲜蔬菜和水果,饮食不宜过饱,提倡少食多餐;保持排便通畅,防止便秘

Coronary heart disease is the abbreviation of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, also known as ischemic heart disease, coronary heart disease patients are prone to myocardial infarction and sudden death.Coronary heart disease is a serious killer of human health because of its high incidence rate and high mortality rate.

ECP can prevent and treat coronary heart disease.

Coronary heart disease, more generally, is that the blood vessels in the body become narrow, blood can not pass through smoothly, other organs of the body can not get enough oxygen and nutrients, patients with mild illness will have angina pectoris, and patients with severe illness may have myocardial infarction, which is life-threatening. Vascular endothelial cells play an important role in triggering the occurrence of coronary heart disease. The damage of vascular endothelial structure and functional system caused by many cardiovascular risk factors alone or in combinationis considered to be the key link in the development of atherosclerosis.

Endothelial cells are a layer of cells in the blood vessels that directly contact with the blood. Thanks to endothelial cells, blood flow can be kept unobstructed in the body without coagulation. According to the pathological basis of the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease, the key link of atherosclerotic damage is vascular endothelial cell damage and dysfunction, and then fat deposition forms atherosclerotic plaque.

All the current treatment measures can not fundamentally solve the problems of structural and functional protection of vascular endothelial cells. Therefore, we must find a way to actively and effectively intervene the mechanism of arterial intima injury, and that is ECP.

ECP is to apply external pressure to the human body during cardiac diastole by using the air bag wrapped in the lower limbs of the human body to drive the blood of the lower limbs and buttocks back to the aorta, so as to increase the perfusion pressure and blood supply of the myocardium (increase by 30% to 50%),so as to improve the vascular function, blood circulation and metabolism, which can also increase the oxygen supply to the heart and reduce the myocardial loss. External counterpulsation is a new concept in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

ECP is used to build a new collateral circulation system by pressurizing the lower limbs. Of course, the timing of compression is very important. Generally, the diastolic period will be selected. At that time, artificial blood flow waves will be formed, forming a certain impulse to flush the blood vessels. Under the action of this impulse, endothelial cells will release a kind of anti atherosclerotic material, so as to repair the function and morphology of endothelial cells.At the same time, we also found that ECP has other therapeutic effects, such as sudden deafness.

Patients should adhere to long-term medication, do not stop suddenly, and come to the hospital for review regularly.Develop a good lifestyle and behavior habits, adhere to the appropriate amount of physical exercise, avoid doing strenuous exercise, prevent obesity, quit smoking and limit alcohol, and do not drink a lot of strong tea and coffee. Keep a good mood, optimistic and cheerful, and avoid violent mood fluctuations. Reasonable diet with low salt and low fat, more fresh vegetables and fruits are advised, diet should not be too full, more meals but less food at each meals will be better. Keep defecation unobstructed and prevent constipation.
