在训练开始之前有效热身,在保证动作质量的前提下完成每一次动作,从而最大化地提高训练效率,并避免损伤,集中注意力去感受目标肌肉的收缩与伸展,每个动作15-20次,单侧动作换边完成,动作间休息30-45秒,每次4-5组,训练结束后拉伸放松,来帮助目标肌肉恢复。
