9个动作打造性感身材(男女适用)!

每个动作30秒,15天看到成效

动作1、抬腿伸展

(1)双腿伸直、并拢、微微悬空,双手左右伸直伏地来稳定身体。

(2)慢慢弯曲膝盖,大腿和身体呈现垂直的状态,并顺势将全腿朝空中伸直,最后全腿以并拢、伸直的姿势慢慢回到地面,接着进行下一组动作。

30秒内完成,大约做8~10次。

动作2、海星卷腹

(1)整个人呈现大字型的「海星状」,右手和左脚同时抬起,以右手触碰左脚脚尖.

(2)在右手左脚放下后,左手右脚进行同样的动作。

30秒内完成,做7~9组。

动作3、登山式抬腿

(1)双手张开比肩宽略宽、撑地,双脚朝后伸直、脚尖着地。

(2)右脚膝盖弯曲、尽量往胸口靠近,腿部做出攀登的动作,右脚回到起始姿势后换左脚动作。

30秒内,做8~10组。

动作4、俄罗斯转体

(1)屁股着地,抬起全背和双腿,整个人从侧面呈现V字型的状态,小腿放松,旋转上半身.

(2)让双手朝左侧和右侧定点稍作停留。

30秒内完成,做10~12组。

动作5、单脚抬腿

(1)平躺在地,双手左右伸直伏地来稳定身体。双腿往上伸直和身体呈垂直90度,先将右腿维持伸直的姿势往下放.

(2)快着地时再将右腿慢慢举起回到起始姿势。

30秒内,做6~8组。
